Net 1on1 has announced that it has restructured its sales team following the recent departure of Claire Jacques. Sebastian Gonzalez has been appointed sales manager with Elizabeth MacDowall taking on a new role as account executive.
The firm says that Gonzalez will be taking an active role in visiting customers, showcasing new products and nurturing relationships, as well as managing the existing customer database. Supporting him will Claire’s former assistant, Elizabeth MacDowall, who will be handling sales and customers service queries from the distributor’s St Albans head offices. Net 1on1 will also be employing new administrative staff, which it says will give the whole team a new shift in focus and productivity.
MD Tony Gonzalez commented: “Losing a member of staff who has been with us for so long was of course daunting at first, but since finalising the restructure I’m really pleased to be driving the Net1on1 ship in a vibrant and new direction. The restructuring will give us the ability to better focus our customer service and sales output as well as strengthen new and existing relationships with bricks and mortar stores, and online retailers.”
